How We Work

An operational approach.
Not a slogan —
adiscipline.

The reason most ERP projects fail is not the software. It's that companies implement systems before understanding their operations. We never make that mistake.

"A system configured on a broken process does not fix the process. It makes itpermanent. That's why we always design the operation first — and only then build the systems that support it."

Keila Williams · Founder, Marles Williams Solutions

Our Principles

Four things that never change,
no matter the project.

01 · Operations before technology

We never start a conversation about technology without first understanding your operational reality. Process design is not a preliminary step — it is the work itself. Systems come afterward.

02 · Founders, always present

You will never be handed off to a junior team member. From the first diagnostic call to the final training session, you work directly with the founders. It’s not a promise we make in the presentation and break in the second month.

03 · Honest recommendations

If your problems are not the ones we can solve, we will tell you. If you don't need a new ERP, we will also tell you. Our business depends on referrals from satisfied customers — not on selling projects that no one needs.

04 · Results, not deliverables

We measure our success by whether your operations truly improve — not by whether we deliver a document on time. Our definition of "finished" is operational clarity that is reflected in your margin.

Why Being New is an Advantage

Without the inertia of the past.
Withoutgeneric manuals.

The big consulting firms have been doing things the same way for decades. Their methodologies were designed for large corporations. Their teams are trained to bill hours, not to generate operational change.

We built our approach from the ground up — specifically for industrial SMEs in Spain. Every tool we use, every framework we apply, every conversation we have is designed for companies of your size, in your sector, with your limitations.

We don't have twenty years of success stories to show you. What we have is something more valuable: total focus. You are not a segment in our revenue model. You are the only type of client we serve.

What we are not going to tell you

We will not tell you that we have transformed operations in 40 countries. That is not true. We will tell you exactly what we have done, what we know in depth, and what our methodology is built on.

What we will tell you

Deep experience in operational systems design. Real understanding of the limitations of industrial SMEs. And a commitment to your results that a larger firm, with more clients to manage, simply cannot match.

Our constraint

We deliberately take on 6–8 projects a year. Not to appear exclusive — but because taking on more would mean giving less to current clients. Limited capacity is a quality decision.

Your advantage

When you work with us, you get the undivided attention of two founders who have put their professional reputation on the quality of this work. That cannot be bought at a larger firm.

Who We Work With

We are selective.
Because fit matters. We work best with a specific type of client. Not because others do not deserve to be served — but because our methodology creates a greater impact in companies that fit this profile.
