Why We Created It
The problem that
we keptseeing.
Between the two of us, we had been working within and alongside manufacturing companies at various stages of growth for years. And we kept seeing the same mistake repeated: a company would implement an ERP, invest significant time and money, and end up with a system that everyone rejected and no one trusted.
The software was not the problem. The problem was always that the operational design had never been done. Companies implemented systems to manage processes that had never been properly defined, let alone optimized.
Marles Williams Solutions exists to solve that. To do the operational design work that no one else was doing — and then make the technology actually work as a result.

What We Stand For

We will tell you what we see, not what you want to hear. If the diagnosis is uncomfortable, that is information you need. We prefer to lose a project than to give you advice we don't believe in.
We take on 6–8 projects a year. Not to seem exclusive — but because serving more clients would mean serving our current ones worse. Scarcity here is a quality decision.
A delivered document is not a successful project. Improved margins, reliable data, and operations that your team actually uses — that’s how we measure success. And that’s how we measure ourselves.
We work exclusively with industrial manufacturing SMEs in Spain. That focus means we understand your world in a way that generalist consultants simply cannot — and that improves every project.
We are a new practice. We are not going to pretend otherwise. What we bring is solid methodology, genuine industry experience, and the motivation of founders who have put their reputation on the quality of this work.
